Flu Fighting Soup Recipe
1 whole org chicken yes, bones and all!

1 lg onion chopped coarsely
Water up to 3/4 of the pot. Put lid on and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and cook 1 -1 1/2 hours. Stainless steel pressure cookers can reduce the time to 1 hour.
Then add following veggies organic if you can – chopped coarsely: carrots, sweet potatoes (deep orange ones), celery, rutabagas, hard squash, 4 cloves of garlic. Cook w lid on pot until veggies are soft.
In each individual bowl, mince a clove of garlic, use cayenne pepper to tolerance (more is better), salt to taste and one TB raw organic apple cider vinegar. Add soup and ENJOY!
