1 TB whole cumin seeds
1 TB whole coriander seeds
4 TBS whole sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic GRANULES not powder
¼ tsp marjoram
¼ tsp thyme

Salt to taste (optional)
Flat bread
Put olive oil in a bowl big enough to hold all ingredients. Roast cumin and coriander in a dry cast iron skillet until toasted but not burnt. Put them into olive oil. Then roast the sesame seeds the same way and grind before adding to the bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend all thoroughly.
You can serve on flatbread or as a topping for hummus that can be eaten with fresh carrots, celery, sweet peppers, radishes or cherry tomatoes. ENJOY!
